Is It illegal to download a book on CD to your iPod?
If I were to borrow a book on CD from the library, is it OK to download it to my iPod? Same for music CD’s. (If I don’t distribute or make copies of them). I haven’t done it, I was just wondering.
Thats roughly akin to renting and copying a video from blockbuster. So yes, technically, its illegal – you don’t own the original, so ‘owning’ a copy is illegal.
